  Ordered thru Mobile Order and went thru the Drive Thru. Waited 15 min once I got to the last window. Fries were hard and cold and the 4 McRibs I ordered for my family were dry and bland, hardly no sauce. And I LOVE the McRibs so I was VERY disappointed in my First McRib of the year. Worst experience ever with a McDonald's.

  Every time i go i order 15-20 minutes prior to pickup on the way to work and every time i do i dont get my food until 10 minutes after i get there regardless of if im the only person there or not.

  Walking in is like walking into a funeral home. Had an issue ordering, hit the help button, nobody ever came. Employees on the phone, smoking cigarettes by the entry door, paying no attention to anybody. You could hear employees in the kitchen having loud conversations. The person who brought out our food seemed lukewarm warm, not friendly. No condiments, salt, pepper and the tables were not wiped down. This automation set up is bullshit. I will boycott all McDonald’s in the future.
