  First, there’s a woman with a bad attitude; if she doesn't like her job, she should quit—she has no business mistreating customers. Second, they don't tell you the soda machine is broken, and when you ask something, they give you a rude answer. In short, it’s the worst Jimmy John's I’ve ever been to.

  Waited in line, trapped, for 40 minutes. Not exaggerating, with two cars in front of me to begin…still didn’t get my food. I was in a rush to bring food to my kids before a show, so I picked the “freaky fast” jimmy johns. Two cars were served in that 40 minutes. I couldn’t leave because cars are in front of and behind me. When I finally get up to window to get the food it isn’t ready, so I have to leave. The lady said they had a ton of online orders. Which I can understand, but you have to serve those in person first. At the very least acknowledge them. Management HAS to do better. There’s no way it’s protocol to prep orders in this fashion, and if it is, change it. The lady was flabbergasted that I was upset at waiting 40 minutes…by the rate we were going it would’ve been another 20 minutes to get my food. Wasn’t willing to risk it.

  Went and bout a CBR sandwich with potatoes salad and boy was it horrible the potatoes were black and it tasted horrible. Not good at all.

  I stopped by Jimmy John's hoping for a quick and fresh sub, but it didn't really hit the mark this time. The bread was a little dry, which made the whole sandwich feel less appetizing than what I was looking forward to. It also took a while to get my order despite it not being very busy, and the overall vibe inside was just kind of unwelcoming. It is usually a solid go-to for a fast meal, but this specific visit left me wanting a lot more.
