  I order delivery, when I got the order everything was melted. I call the store an the "manager" literally hung up on me. I call back and the phone just rings.

  Tables are always dirty. Ketchup and cup area is littered and ketchup dispenser never works. It’s like nobody cares or there’s no manager on duty.

  I won't be back when you get a short and a customer 20 cents and when I ask for everything on a hot dog but no mustard that means everything and then the lady asked me what do you want on your hot dog hello

  Tonight I ordered a cone & two Oreo blizzards. All of my cookies were at the top🙃 Do I have to pay extra for more Oreos to be thoroughly distributed throughout my blizzards?! I would love to enjoy my money spent. Years ago this was never a problem. I had a whopping 1/3 of nothing but vanilla ice cream at the bottom of my cup. If I wanted a cup of ice cream I would’ve ordered that😂

  The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.
