  Well Paducah we done it again!! Took a decent restaurant and screwed it up with poor management. This chipotle is already disgusting. Unclean, 1 person working the entire bar. Just doordashed and got very old stale chips and an entire unchopped slab of meat on top of some rice with a whole tub of sour cream on it to cover it up! There’s a reason this town just goes in circles, we don’t care enough to wipe off the table.

  I believe their rating is low because they had some problems around the time of their grand opening. I ordered a chicken bowl from them a few weeks ago, and the food was too salty. I gave them a second try yesterday, and the food was just as good as at other Chipotle locations. We don't have too many restaurant options in Paducah, so please give newly opened restaurants a little more time and a chance to improve.

  Pulled up to the drive through window. Waiting about 5 minutes before anyone came to help us. Food was ready when we got there but when we got home and food was kinda gross. Way too saucy (we didnt order extra sauces) also like half the amount of meat as the last time we got this very same order. Disappointing for sure....

  Slop in a bowl called Mexican food. I could drink my rice bowl. Now my stomach is doing flips. Won't be coming back. Why did we even need this place when we have qdoba right next door. Paducah strikes again.

  We went to Chipotle last week, and unfortunately, the experience was awful. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant which should have been the first red flag. they were already out of the new cilantro lime sauce. When I asked if they were making more, I was told that no one was making any more or that they weren’t going to make more — and this was just after lunchtime! Then came the queso situation. I asked for a little more queso on my rice, and I was charged extra for it, Which I’m happy to pay extra however the employee actually told me that, according to their “rules,” she could only give me less than half a scoop because there was a limit on how much I could put on my rice bowl. I’ve never had this issue at other chipotle locations and I can put however much queso I want at Qdoba without being charged extra at that! Then there was an unnecessary argument over the salsa I wanted. I specifically asked for the red tomatillo salsa, and the employee insisted there was no such thing and that I got it off “TikTok” and I was handed two completely different salsas before I finally got the one I had asked for. Maybe check your menu, because the red tomatillo chili salsa absolutely exists! What really made the experience so disappointing was how extremely rude and argumentative the employees were. The customer service was so unpleasant that it honestly made the food taste bad. I’ll definitely be sticking with Qdoba from now on. It’s cleaner, the food is way better, and the employees are fantastic. I wish I had only checked the reviews before going because every review so far has been spot on about this place. It’s honestly pitiful that this is a new establishment and you already have such poor management and customer service. If things continue this way, you’re going to drive customers completely away and eventually run this place into the ground. You really need to do better and start adhering to what people are saying because I’ll NEVER go back and I’m not the only one!
