  I didn't have any issues here. I'm seeing all these bad reviews but honestly it's still newer and it takes ALOT to get a work team together and functioning at 100%, and also recognizing that some days are always better than others! I'm disappointed that people are impatient and not understanding... Thanks for bringing a location to Paducah.😊

  I’ve always enjoyed the food at Chipotle but the service took soooo long. I’ve been to several Chipotle locations and this one is the slowest. They had one person building the meals when most locations put 2-3 people putting the food together. This took exponentially longer. The place wasn’t very clean either.

  Chipotle, I'm disappointed. I waited over 20 years for a Chipotle to open in Paducah now that it's open I may never go back. This store hasnt been open but a moth or so and it's discussing. There is food all over the floor as soon as you walk in, every table was dirty, the glass above the food looked gross and there were flies everywhere. This wasn't during the lunch rush, as I visited at 2:00 on a Tuesday. They should have had time to clean up since the rush. Do better.

  The worst experience Ever!!! Horrible Customer Service the restaurant was dirty, trash cans overflowing. The fountain area was missing numerous drinks. The person that handled the chips was eating with the gloves on with the bag open, chewing chips as she brought them to us. Asked for a new bag, instead of accommodating us she asked why then argues that she didn’t touch anything with chips literally in her mouth. Disgusting.!!!!! The gentleman that made the order was efficient and kind. Other than that, this place was not up to standards today.

  This is the worst Chipotle that I have ever visited across the board. The drive thru is a joke, the employees are terrible and the portions are half sized at best. I order 4-8 burritos in advance every week since they opened. The first two weeks met the “Chipotle Standard” for quality and portion size. My six subsequent orders have been half sized at best and at times, barely containing all ingredients which is especially sad because I only include the meat, rice and cheese. I am angry and frustrated because complaints are often met with food sabotage. The drive thru, the employee attitudes, the food quality and restaurant cleanliness are below every other Chipotle location and even below the bottom tier local fast food outlets. Based on the volume of complaints, it’s clear that this location was a mistake and can only be saved by a complete turnover in staff and management. The Taco Bell across the street outshines this location in every measurable standard. I love Chipotle but driving from Paducah to Marion, IL or Oak Grove KY should not be my only option.
