  Friday at 8:30 PM, we waited 20 minutes to be seated despite plenty of open tables, clearly due to understaffing. After being seated, it took another 15 minutes to order, then 45 minutes for food. Appetizers came out with the meals, and everything was cold. Management did comp and replace the food, but only after we asked. Very poor staffing and service for a Friday night.

  I went in for lunch with my son. I had ordered 10 traditional wings. 5 lemon pepper and 5 Asian zing. The server was not pleasant at all. Felt like it was a chore for her to take our order. When my order came out, she noticed the order was wrong, but pretended nothing was wrong and said lemon pepper and asian zing. when she set the order down i noticed the wings were labeled original buffalo, and asian zing. so i tried to get her attention but i was ignored, so i went to the bar where she was working, and politely tried to let her know part of the wings were incorrect. But before I could finish, she said thats how they are. I said but they are labeled original buffalo. she said thats what they do. and that they sprinkle lemon pepper on top. I thought that was odd. i went back tasted it.... nope just straight original buffalo. So i go back and was like "excuse me. but thats just" and she yells at me saying they can fix it!!! I told her thats what i wanted. what i ordered in the 1st place. then a guy at the end of the bar get up and trys to intimidate me coming up to me acting like he wanted to fight me. apparently he knows this lady or something. this lady was very pregnant. if she cant handle being pregnant and working customer service she should find a new job. its not hard to fix a mistake. i understand mistakes happen, but dang dont treat your customers like they are idots, and have yell at them when you want what you ordered. or have your bf try to fight you for wanting your correct order.

  Just ordered appetizers. Ordered sliders and SPECIFICALLY selected NO FIRE SAUCE. Everywhere I order something in Paducah Kentucky is screwed up! I have gut problems and CANNOT eat everything covered in spicy garlic junk! I WISH PEOPLE WOULD READ CAREFULLY especially when I'M PAYING FOR IT!!!! And now I'm sitting here at home with an order I CAN'T EAT! This was my first order here. Will be the last. I've exhausted places to eat in Paducah KY.

  Bartender was the worst. She didn’t come to me until I had been sitting at least 10mins. She forgot my water completely, brought my food and NEVER checked on me. Hanging with friends at employee table at the end of the bar. Finally got to ask for a box and she brought me a small bow for 8 wings, 3 mozz sticks and all the sauces (and no lids). She also dropped the check. With no thanks, come back or anything. I travel a ton and frequent bar seating because I’m by myself, never seen anything like this.

  I wanted to order online swing by and then pick it up. Until the order was over 71 bucks without even including Tax for 20 boneless and 20 bone in wings the order of onion rings and an order of mozzarella sticks to. You’re probably only get like five little bitty ones. not to mention the fact it’s probably not even real chicken. This is ridiculous. Who the hell do you guys think you are 71 damn dollars for two people not including drinks two fairly small orders plus not even eating inside their establishment to dirty a table or take up space. I don’t think I will ever be here again. This is bullshit.
