  I don't know if my experience is a rare exception, but i come to this taco bell once a month maybe and its usually around noon to 3pm, but I rarely ever have any issues. My food is 90% of the time correct, the employees are always kind or at least neutral, i dont typically experience a long wait, the quality is fine, the parking lot is clean. I have never been inside, so i cannot speak to ordering at the counter or how the inside of the restaraunt is. If i compare this taco bell to the one in Mt Sterling (which i stopped going to a couple of years ago due to negative experiences) i would defintely choose this one.

  This place is slow and understaffed, there was one person making food while two others stood around and did nothing. I had placed a mobile order and they said it wasn't there for 10 minutes straight even though it was, it took over 40 minutes to receive two meals. The guy who was "working" the drive through and counter was rude to customers.

  plz explain how this is worth 6.90 y’all done me dirty edit- 7 months later and i finally see improvement edit2026- thank you for forgetting my sauce or only giving me 1 packet, 3 times in a row, putting a significant amount of unwanted lettuce on my grilled cheese burrito-to the point that i assume was malicious intent, and no eye contact or response when i said have a good day since you didn’t. the little to zero cars in the drive thru with me shows how much effort you prove to lack. it made me feel welcomed at your fine dining, mexican cuisine extravaganza fiesta party- i’m lucky enough to share the same bath county pollution and ozone layer in the back of your dads mouth i hope to become a burrito artist like you someday and able to mimic what my hispanic ancestors were never given the chance to learn.
