  I went to your drive-through got a salad. It was very low after I put my dress in on this is what it looked like. Attached is a picture. She was very rude. My bread was thrown at the bottom of the bag not wrapped not nothing just laying in there when I even got back with her and asked her about the salad she was that’s how they are I paid almost $12 or something for this. It’s ridiculous She was rude very unprofessional. I get you you get what you pay for but this is not worth close to $13

  Food always excellent. What ISN'T excellent is the one manager-female. One of the nastiest managers I have EVER seen in customer service. I literally heard her say, "I dont like them so I bumped their ORDER OFF". Also, watching the chaos ONLY when she is working, one of the poor employees (having to endure this managers inefficiency) said, "What is going on here?" Whats going on is Panera has a HUGE problem with this manager. Gotta cut her loose-dragging team down!

  Told me there was no way to order a side of chicken to add to my salad, which I feel didn't have very much. I would have ordered it with extra chicken if I had known they'd skimp on it.

  I just LOVE Panera! Everything is made fresh. When you are going through the drive through to pick up the food it is so good that it feels like home in your soul. Especially the Broccoli cheese soup and green tea.
