The noodles were undercooked and hard. Like they had been cooked an hour ago and sit for a while. Used to be my favorite restaurant when Edna was the manager. Won't be back.

I was the only person at the counter at the time I placed my order. I saw one table of 2 seated in the dining room and a 2nd car was pulling into the drive thru as I entered the store. The cashier on the front line and the back line cook were visible. Both appeared to be 45 ish years old. Neither smiled. It was clear that neither of them was in any hurry. I ordered an Italian Sumbmarino and had an in app coupon for a free kids meal. I decided to make my sub a meal. I spent $16.20 total for a sandwich, a small slice of pizza, a drink... and a "free" kids a kids meal. I waited almost 15 minutes for my to go order at what I believe is consiered a fast food restaurant. The submarine was actually really fresh and tasty. However, the pizza slice was old, barely warm and lacking flavor. The bread stick were old, dry, and any and all the buttery, garlic flavor I have come to love and expect. The spaghetti was mostly like warm noodles and had only a tiny amount of (also lukewarm) sauce on top. I haven't been this disappointed in a while.

Like sticky tables, dirty booths and tables with dishes that sat there the whole time we were there. (Like an hour.) They definitely need a deep clean.

Honestly, I’m not too picky about it. Shoutout to Chris for checking on me to see how’s everything going! I grew up living in Owensboro. It is sure one of the great places to eat!
