- LCLaura CurlJun 5, 20263.0As much as I hate to say it this Dutch Bros is dropping the ball. I've been to several Dutch Bros out west, in Tennessee and eastern Kentucky. My son worked in one in Idaho and Oregon. They've all been excellent! I love Dutch! I was so excited when I found out this one was being built. I've been faithful since they've opened but they're pushing me away with their bad service. Almost never is someone outside taking orders. I've gotten in the habit of ordering online and picking up at the window to avoid the long wait in drive thru. I've waited at the window before for long periods before someone coming to the window while seeing my drink in their fridge. With no way to get their attention except walking around to the drive thru window, which was busy. I'm very sad about all this. I want them to succeed here but people are leaving to go to 7 brew which is a mile down the road. Their line moves quickly. I'm not sure if it's poor management or not enough employees. I'm hoping this gets fixed. I hate to see it fail.

My drink is always ready when I order through the mobile app. I love how you can create different flavors and add protein. I met the manager today and so was so amazing and uplifting. A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
