  This is the worst experience I have ever had at Arby's . I go inside to the front counter for a to-go order. While the two guys in the kitchen see me and the cashier looks at me and walks on and comes back 2 minutes later I wait for my order to be taken or at least an acknowledgment. Finally after waiting for over 5 minutes the cashier comes to take my order. I order 2 of your half pound roast beef sandwiches, one with added onions and I see on your menu that you have conveniently labeled your fries as med, lg and Xlg then looked at the fry station and saw just three sizes of fry boxes. So I ordered the middle size which is lg. I pay $19 for my order. While waiting longer for my order to be made the mgr comes from the back complaining loudly about something. At this point I just wanted to get my food and leave. I get home and find that my fry box is barely half full. I ordered onions and received 3 tiny slivers of red onions on my sandwich that were extremely thin. One sandwich was maybe a half pound but the other was barely a regular roast beef. My wife said she'd eat it and it would be fine but no it's not. I paid for 1/2 pound sandwiches and lg fries. Now of course I don't have a receipt since I told the girl I didn't want one and I don't expect a response. But I do want to warn others of my experience tonight. I normally go to the Frederica street location and wish I had this time.

  Stop there today at noon (5-30-26) and ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a small coke. For me and my wife Both sandwiches were cold, I wanted to take back in but wife didn't want me to cause any trouble. Two hours later we were both feeling sick. Will not go back to that Arby's.

  Normally, I give this location 5 stars. So I was a little disappointed when I ordered the brisket bbq bowl. I asked for the meal with potato cakes and a zero sugar lemonade. Was informed they don't carry zero sugar lemonade....yet if I order online, its an option(AND I have ordered it here before. So maybe they were just out temporarily?). On to the bbq bowl: the base of mac and cheese was PERFECT! However, the brisket was full of gristle and the meat was hard. Definitely not worth the money I paid for this meal (~$15). But I WILL VISIT AGAIN since this was the ONLY unsatisfying experience I've ever had from this restaurant.....

  The girl in the window with the fye tats was wonderful. Make my day and was so polite and friendly! She definitely deserves a promotion.

  Just a typical Arby's. Food was hot when we received it.
