  Within a week both visits experienced issues. I was handed “coffee” seen on the right and made the comment to the worker it was missing the espresso. He argued with me saying I just needed to mix it and it was under the cold foam. I stated that there was not any espresso shots in the cup at all and if the could please just get me a cup of espresso and I would fix it. He refused and he started to mansplain what a macchiato was. It wasn’t until another female worker stepped in and intervened. I again asked for just the shots in a cup and she insisted on remaking the entire drink. I was very appreciative of her but thought it was ridiculous how he was arguing with me when it clearly is just a cup of milk. I returned a few days later at 5:20 before they opened at 5:30. I placed an online order using the app in hopes to make things quick and easy. However it was 5:50 and I was still waiting in line for my $8 coffee. I was in desperate need of caffeine so I opted for a large and I was not even able to get it. 20 minutes for a coffee is beyond ridiculous (given they didn’t open until 5:30) I had to leave because I work at the hospital on the other side of town and couldn’t afford to wait any more time. Overall disappointing experiences and I believe it was the same worker both times. I think I’ll look for a local spot for the future

  Absolutely amazing service from the employee Parker, got my drink out to me as soon as he could and it tasted amazing

  Barista got my order wrong then got an attitude towards me and my gf when we politely asked to get the drink fixed she still had an attitude and acted like it was our fault

  They messed up my drink completely, then I ask them to remake it and they have an attitude and say that there is not gonna be a difference if they remake it. Never going back.

  Food is good but be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more in line. Not a single person above 18 here that knows how to work a drive through
