  I would never eat here again. I literally waited for over 45 minutes for my food. There was zero employees in there outside of the manager, and after the lobby was full of people trying to figure out why we can’t get our food or what’s going on with our orders? We just get shrugged off and then I asked if I could have my food made fresh because of the wait and them being so behind I got told no and they still messed up my entire order we are in 2026. There is no reason for a fast food restaurant to act and management to behave the way they did. It’s disgusting hands-down the worst place don’t ever go here.

  Every single time we have ordered online lately thing(s) have been missing. Today my cherry cream slush, which was ON THE RECEIPT, the last time my chicken bites, the time before my strawberry passion fruit refresher, and before my sauce. Overall get some better training because it cannot be this hard to include everything that people PAY FOR in these hard times. Just a thought..

  The ice cream was good. However there seemed to be only a couple guys there while one guy was just doing orders. Our order was all messed up. My partner couldn't drink his milkshake he ordered as well as he ordered a chocolate shake and he received a vanilla shake with cookie dough. My blast was chocolate with Reese's when I ordered vanilla with Reese's and cookie dough. Just a heads up when going later on in the evening.

  I love coming here because the experience is always so fun and nostalgic. Getting your food brought right to your car makes it feel like such a treat, and the menu has so many cool drink and snack options that you just can't find anywhere else. The staff is usually super quick and friendly, and it is the perfect place to grab a quick lunch or a late night dessert. Everything always tastes hot and fresh, and I never have a bad time when I stop by.

  Ive been going to this sonic since Ive moved here in 2021, the food is good and the workers (here recently) are caring, patient, friendly.. only when they’re not. Now I can say from witnessing first hand that it isn’t their fault when getting mad or frustrated. I cant tell you how many times Ive come inside for a quick bite and I see 3 people standing around while they have one guy running around frantically trying to get everything on his screens cleared off, BY HIMSELF. Why as a manager or owner do you have a kid running YOUR store. Why is your staff standing around talking instead of helping, and why are you getting mad at the kids for not being faster or more efficient? This has BEEN an on going issue.
