  My food was given away to someone else and they refused to fix it. I waited 20 minutes and I watched the drive through serve 19 cars and I'm really sad. I've always loved Sonic so I'm really disappointed that my service was so bad here. I know things happen but not fixing this issue really bothered me. I hope in the future the staff can do a better job of fixing a problem.

  I do not think I have ever felt so bad after eating anywhere. The burger was greasy and dry. I was told to pull ahead even though no one else was in the drive thru, I know they do it so their numbers look a certain way, still how ridiculous. Staff was not rude but certainly unhappy. I used to love Sonic many uears ago, guess not anymore it is sad how far it has gone downhill.

  This is terrible. i was there at night and they were walking around on their phones and being slow. there was no one else here. Th worker was also sitting on the counter where the food is made that is so unsanitary.

  !PLEASE READ TO THE END! I’m a sucker for a peanut butter milkshake and use to go to the one on Main Street in Nicholasville because they are only 5 mins away but recently I feel like I’ve been wasting 7 bucks on a shitty milkshake that’s never mixed and I’m just eating vanilla icecream then peanut butter by the end of it. Not to mention I love my cherries on top and for some reason they NEVER add it and last time I asked for them to put them in a cup because they didn’t have them they wanted me to pay 3 bucks for a side cup of cherries. However this location is almost 20mins away and I’ll make the drive everytime for my milkshake to be the perfect consistency typing this while I’m on my way 🩵 EDIT: I made it to sonic and when I pulled up I was so siked I could’ve peed myself. Jonah was the one working the window and I watched him wipe my shakes off before handing them to me. And Alexis is the one who made the shakes honestly I wish I could become her bff just to get her to make these for me everyday. To top it off Jonah told me to have a blessed night as I did while I drink half my milkshake on my 20 min drive back home. Best Friday night ever I’m already planning my next trip!

  They are always mean or seem upset at this store. The person on the drive thru isnt very pleasant and never says total so I'm digging for change holding up the next car.
