  This Pizza Hut does cheese sticks PERFECT 10/10 times. Other Pizza Huts do them right about half the time. I love this Pizza Hut!

  My order was incorrect. No big deal, call back, get a remake to whomever I spoke to was rude. Said my remake would be in 30 minutes. I said, okay, a hour goes by. I call back everyone acting real confused saying they don't know about this order. And then I hear them, say my name in the background, therefore, they're looking at my order. When I confronted him, he says, yes, ma'am, I do see your order. We will get that out to you. Soon, I've already waited an hour for my remake. Didn't offer me a refund or a credit? Just another remake, and that will take another 45minutes.. thanks for cold pizza

  The shop itself is really cute, and the staff is always very nice and friendly. My food was made quickly, and the food itself was really good, which I appreciated. The only downside is that the store often feels very dirty inside, and that takes away from the overall experience. When a place doesn’t feel clean, it makes it less comfortable to stay and enjoy the visit. The service and food are definitely good, so I hope they improve the cleanliness because this place has a lot of potential.

  I placed an online order at 3 o’clock for future pick up at 1050. I go to the store to pick it up. They have no record of it. Come to find out Pizza Hut 🍕 Emailed me five hours after I placed the order that my order failed will never return to Pizza Hut 🍕. The only reason I went there in the first place is because they open a little earlier, but I’d rather lose the 15 minutes than ever return to Pizza Hut 🍕.in Nicholasville or Georgetown they’re both horrible
