Especially when it comes to the mac and cheese. Every time I get it the Mac always tastes like it’s been sitting out for the whole day, it’s not creamy or soft it’s always stiff, hard and tastes terrible. It just sucks when your paying such a high price (around $11 for a large) and getting it only to have to throw it away after a few bites cause it’s just not edible.

The irony for me is, I'm not a huge fan of their bread. The company is largely centered in their baked goods, but i find their bread always has an overly crispy overly dense crust (it's really difficult to chew). That being said, literally everything else makes up for it.
