  Do not order here. 1 star is 2 too many. The one in south Nicholasville is great. Drive a few extra minutes and actually get your food. This one is understaffed every time. 45 minutes to get 2 blizzards is just unthinkable. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and that's saying something. Absolutely do not order here.

  I was the only customer and it took 5 minutes before anyone took my order. My blizzard was 3/4 melted when they handed it to me. They definitely weren’t doing the “hold it upside down” thing.

  Stood at counter for over 10 minutes 3 different employees looked directly at me not one acknowledged me or took my order,,,left just as hungry as I came. Do not go to this DQ

  Went at 10 when everywhere says they close at 11 and they told us that they were closed. Seems as though the workers just didn’t wanna do their job. Very disappointing!

  Not sure why Nicholasville has two dairy Queens when one of them always has issues. Went through the drive-thru I was the only person there, ordered the four piece tossed wing barbeque with onion rings. Go to the window and paid and they asked me to pull around front. Waited for 20 minutes before going inside and asking where my food was. They acted as if the order didn't exist and even though they had 5 employees working at the time they were all just standing around. Machine was out of ice in the lobby and an older gentleman stood and waited for at least 10 minutes before he was even acknowledged. That place is a joke!!
