  I will not go back to this location again until it gets a new owner. My experience was not the shorthanded employees' fault. The owners are too cheap to have an actual manpower to run this restaurant.

  Ripping us off. Got bowl giving out half scoops. When u ask for a little more of stuff they look at you like your asking for triple. Brother got kids tacos it wasn’t even enough stuff for 1 taco. Wasn’t sure what to do with the other tortillas. Basically got scammed.

  We have been here many times since they opened up. This place has always had dirty tables and floors when we go. Staff are not busy all the time and never once have we seen them clean or stock anything in the dining area. The trash is generally always full and the dirty trays are always running over in the area customers are supposed to place dirty ones. Several of the staff we have seen there at different times act like it is a chore for you to have to ask for something that is not stocked and when you have to interact with them. Friday 8/7/26 about 5 pm every table and booth was disgusting with old food and hair. We had to go elsewhere to eat. Such a shame that management appears to be as bad as workers about caring about their job. Maybe the owner is unaware of what goes on. Such a shame.

  Thursday 8-7-2026 for the 12th straight time we dropped in to eat and once again the tables are nasty with food ! Your floors are even nasty , we have had to watch where we put our feet to avoid getting food on our shoes ! We have been cleaning off our table every time we eat there. Workers would just watch me and didn't affect them at all .Started when the store opened going about 5 to 6 times a month or more. Thinking it would get better. Never seen anyone that works there clean anything at all. So yesterday I started cleaning once again off a table that has the long booth like seat . When I looked at the seat there was food and so much hair it made me sick . So I started to take pictures of every table and a little black haired lady worker saw and made the remark , can I help you sir as she was walking around the wall . Her look said it all . She thought she was being cute in front of all her workers. So , I told her . Ma'am every single time the four of us have come here to eat ,the tables are nasty ! If you have video camera's , I hope you will observe what just took place. At this time when we visit a Chipotle it won't be the Nicholasville location. 8-7-2026 about 5:00PM . I have photo's of the tables if you want them . Not one was clean.

  Been 5 times since opened. Last 3 visits food, service, and inside store cleanliness as declined. This time was the worst ordered online, steak in buritto was was overcooked and chewy, rice was undercooked, missing faija vegetables. Buritto was mostly raw rice, and sauce. Chicken in bowl, what was in it, was disgusting. Inside store was extremely dirty. Tables was filthy. I think this place has turned into just a hangout for kids, that are supposed to be working.
