  Worst Arby's ever!!! Stay away from Nicholasville Kentucky Arby's on Main Street. No customer service and a lot of excuses. Staff love to fight with customers and it's recommended by management!!! Customer's are the enemy here!!! Management doesn't have the answers!!!!

  The fella running drive thru had a sense of humor, which makes my day. He offered alternatives that I did not know were an option. Thank you for making my visit a good one.

  I'm not sure of the guys name who works the drive-thru most of the time, but he's a breath of fresh air. Many of these restaurants have people that hate their jobs and make it a bad experience, but this guy...no matter the day, he's always pleasant, respectful, kind and goes out of his way to make it a great experience. Give that guy a raise. He's working the drive-thru today 4/27/26 at 2:15 - 2:25PM. My order was placed online at 2:13PM. The food was fresh, which is also hard to find at 2 and 3pm. I appreciate you man!

  They have a black guy working the counter at the window he is beyond excellent management there best my order up twice this is like the third time and they have a bad attitude I'll never go back
