  Put in an online order at 515 to pick up at 6:15. Pulled into the drive through right at 6:15. 3 cars in the parking spots. Place was dead. Pulled right up to the ordering station and told them I had an online order. The girl said you are good to pull forward. There was a vehicle waiting at the window. Sat there for 9 minutes before she receives her order. I got the the window and the short girl with dark hair and dark complexion didn't greet me and was pretty annoyed and the only thing she said was "they are still working on your order" and closed the window. Sat there for another 10 minutes before the window opened. A different girl informed me they were out of the pastry we ordered. That tells me they didn't even start making the order until I arrived at the window. I said just replace it with whatever is the most fresh. Waited another 5 minutes and the original girl opened the window and handed me my food and didn't say a word. No apology for the wait, nothing. Horrible service. Get home and the sprite we ordered was out of syrup, And it was just soda water. I found a hair in my sandwich. This place exemplifies what Panera has become. Lack of customer service, and terrible management Awful experience, will not be back.

  Ordered online through the app, nothing I ordered said out of stock. Instead of asking me if I wanted anything different, she TELLS me what she put in there, then walked water l away. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before being assisted, she “thought I was a dasher “ I guess that justified the rudeness

  LOVE!! Great place to come if you need a place to work. Green tea is amazing. Everything is always fresh and never have a single complaint when I am here. Staff is always so friendly.

  Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins at the speaker, no one took my order, said hello multiple times. Pulled up to the window, sat there for 5 mins, no one came over the window, yet the employee had her headset on. Pulled around again to give them a second chance, still no response. Spoke with another woman, who had the same experience, she ended up going inside and the employees stared at her like she was dumb. Now sitting in the parking lot, while another customer is sitting at the window blasting the horn. Absolutely no response. WTH. Cold Spring Panera - 4/8/26. Shame on your employees.

  Standard Panera food with exceptionally slow service, writing this from the drive through, which has been my home for almost half an hour despite only one other car in line ahead of us.
