Lady behind the counter yelling your number like your her child trying to get you to get to the counter yet, without giving you time to get to the counter. The gentlemen didnt even give my daughter a chance to order without rushing her when it was her first time there. We get our food its flavorless, buns are WET like a soggy diaper... all of it was just disgusting.

Despite having ordered in advance via the website, we still waited 15ish minutes beyond our scheduled pickup time. The layout of the restaurant made for crowded and chaotic entry and pickup areas. Also worth noting, all of the chairs were quite small and had narrow arms, so if you’re plus sized sitting down comfortably may be a challenge.
