- KGK Gries3 days ago1.0Walk in at 9:30pm and all the chairs up on top of the table, the crew members tell me "sorry the dining room is closed." Your business hours state 10:45am-11:00pm daily. I guess going home early is more important than serving customers. I'm going to stop spending my money here.

Went in for tacos and a bowl lastnight and the girl employee with the nose ring was very rude and had a bad attitude. She said they were out of sour cream (okay?) and all of the food was crusted over like it’d been sitting out for days (food stations were disgusting… Said employee kept rolling her eyes when I was literally just trying to get my food to go home to eat - I wasn’t asking for anything extra and was nice to her regardless of what I was enduring. The other male employee was stacking food containers on top of open tortillas ****Also NONE of the employees changed their gloves between cashing out customers and preparing their food 🤮 with all of these red flags I should have just walked out. Management needs to step it up!

The employees are always unhappy to be there and do not talk to customers when you try to pick up. Each item I ordered has been wrong either with things left off or with my quesidilla the meat left as a side. This time, I'm done. Won't be abandoning Chipotle, but will happily be abandoning this one. I recommend you do the same.

When I was obviously a little confused on what toppings are called. Her facial expressions weren’t pleasant and when I finished my order she aggressively slid my food off the food counter to the cashiers counter. I get it’s the morning, I work in food service too. It’s unacceptable to act rude to complete strangers and this should definitely be addressed and taught for future workers. A tip: put a smile on your face no matter the circumstances. Your bad day is not the customers problem.
