  THIS LOBBY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. All the tables were filthy and the trash bins were over heaping with trash. Even the seating outside was covered in food and trash. The drink station was covered in ice and trash. The trash can outside was nonexistent and customers were throwing trash in their Chipotle bags leaving them on the ground where the trash can used to be. All of this was at 7pm when the store was not busy and employees were chatting with each other. I'm from out of state and this little pitstop off of 471 was a disaster.

  Take out order, place is extremely dirty. Food everywhere all over the counters. Workers standing around not cleaning. Weird vibes, kinda rude. Out of alot of foods. Would not recommend. If you have a food allergy I would strongly not recommend. Cross contamination everywhere. I never leave bad reviews but felt it was warranted it was so crazy!

  Newport’s Chipotle provides a unique experience unlike any of the other franchises in the Northern Kentucky area. This franchise is clearly operated by a different owner than the Highland Heights location. Every time I roll into Newport’s Chipotle, it’s as if they’re having a “final blow-out, going-out-of-business sale” because the place is incredibly dirty (more on that below), the ice machine is either overflowing onto the floor or entirely empty, the service line is riddled with cross-contaminated ingredients, the chicken has gristle… I’ve never had a piece of chicken the fights back while being chewed and requires spitting out. The poor kids working there don’t stand a chance. They’re always disgruntled and unpleasant. This is a symptom of poor management. Again, the kids working there are not at fault. Is this franchise owned by Blackstone private equity because the soul has been sucked out of Newport’s Chipotle. The old wood and leather seating has sweat stains and the bathroom is yet to be cleaned. Save yourself and drive 5 minutes south on US-27 to the Highland Heights’ Chipotle.

  Line manager was extremely rude and impatient with me while I tried to figure out my order. Asked for pico after everything else, because there was little to none (did not get hardly any, more was brought immediately after I even tried apologizing because he seemed so aggravated with my order), how there were other ingredients missing from the line. Tentatively asked for a little sour cream and regretfully got a pool of it, what did I expect? On top of this my bowl was smashed before it touched the bag by this guy who clearly did not care. I went back in trying to ask for something I thought we missed and was told I “bruh, you need to speak up”when I did not in fact mince my words, over a simple misunderstanding. Will not be going back, ever.
