- WVWanda Vawter6 days ago2.0Food was great. Service? We have dined here several times before, but this service was not acceptable. It was restaurant week, so we had an early reservation to avoid crowds. 20 min after we were seated, we got water. I ordered an iced tea when water was poured and it came 45 min later after we asked three times. Starters came after another 20 min, but soup only. Salads were delivered 20 min after soup. We gave up on getting bread, but it came in another 10 min. All of these deliveries came with an apology, kitchen backed up, bread being baked, lots of diners, etc. at this point, we asked if our entrees would be out soon, as our children were hungry...another 20 min. All of our server's tables seemed to be waiting on something. Desserts...another 20-30 min and then we only got two of the three. When first desserts came, I offered my credit card to speed up paying. We never saw an itemized bill only the final total. I've been a server myself, so I appreciate really good service and this was not it.

The view was amazing especially at night. The food was delicious I was very happy my husband had snapper was great I had grilled salmon I loved the experience. I also got a Happy Birthday Plate not only that it said Happy Birthday on our menus with my name I will never forget this. Thank you Chart House

SHELLIE was our server and was phenomenal. She was kind, informative and prompt. The filet and prime rib were amazing. Cocktails and presentation - awesome. Overall a great experience. 10/10 This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back.

We requested a table by the window, but the request was ignored even though several window tables were open and servers were actively working those sections. Also, as a heads-up, this may not be the best first-date location if you’re under 50. We had a 6:00 p.m. reservation and stayed until around 8:00 p.m., and the atmosphere felt more like a retirement home than a lively restaurant. Great view, but the overall experience did not justify the price.
