I wish I could rate our server Summer 10 stars! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and was extremely professional. We will be back! Thank you Summer!

Wanted to come in and celebrate a big career milestone and a birthday and I had a reservation at 7:30 and got sat down immediately. Waited 20 minutes on the dot and no one checked in we just walked out. Very disappointed really wanted to dine there.

Went today at 11:30 and will not be back. We were sat and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged, another 10 for our drinks, then 20 more for our appetizers. When the server finally brought them and apologized because they only had two cooks (with only 6 tables in the restaurant with people. Apparently only having two cooks means tables can’t be bussed either because tables sat with dishes from the time we got there to when we left.) they asked if we would like to order which was a big no and we asked for our checks. But not before the manager came up and offered to refill our “waters” (only one person was drinking water and at that point we had all waited so long we just wanted to leave). Will not be back, do not recommend.

Just meh. Didn’t see much of an elevation of food and experience than Olive Garden. We did the summer dinner for two which was a great price. The salad was mainly chopped iceberg lettuce and our lemon chicken was seasoned well but very dry and tough to chew. It needed some sort of sauce or something. I ordered a coffee which came out on a clear coffee mug and it was very evident it was way too light and watered down. The server was cordial, but it took a very long time to get our drinks, bread, and meals. There was one of the staff members yelling/talking really loud at the other servers and cooks, which sounded irritated or angry, which was very awkward and distracting. It just seemed like there was a big disconnect in every area of the experience at Brio. For being special date night for us, it was an underwhelming experience. Will probably not go back.

First, when you walk in, it smells like a portuguese seafood store that had not been cleaned in about a month... then I stood at the hostess counter for over half an hour and not one of the bartenders , waitresses, waiters, cooks, no one, matre d, no one.. manager no where to be found.. im not sure what charm people see in this place but i reminds me of venus de milo in 2012 in massachusetts, the place had rats in the back, roaches, and had the same smell of volitile food waste and dirty dish water.... glad i didnt eat any thing from here, probably saved myself from a hospital bill and gastric bypass surgery.
