  I LOVE 7 BREW! It is my #1 place to get my coffee drink from. I am hooked on the banana bread latte and can’t try anything else again bc I was disappointed when I did. I order a **banana bread blondie extra flavor, caramel drizzle (usually extra), half oat milk and half breve** Tastes just like banana nut bread!

  Ordered my usual Iced Cookie Butter Blondie and I couldn't finish it because of the taste. I'm not sure if this happened but it kind of tasted like if the barista had mixed up a fruity drink with a spoon and then used that same spoon to mix my coffee. 😅 If I didn't order something fruity/candy flavored then that's not what I want to taste. My friends drinks were fine but they didn't get coffee.

  Tastes so overly sugary and rushed, truly foul. Not to mention how much traffic this place has caused with poor layout and no plan of how to reroute overflow and manage the amount of customers, if you want to go to any other business in this plaza 7 Brew has guaranteed you will go through hell on earth trying to pass their queue on the way there. Truly a horrid experience any time I have to even be near this place, not to mention when I’ve tried to consume their sugar overloaded abomination of a menu.

  I have been coming to this location regularly for the past few months, in which she service I have received has been very good. Even when errors occurred, they also kept a positive attitude and fixed it right away. However, today was not another example of that. I ordered a Drink, In which I specifically went into detail how I wanted to drink and it was restated back to me. I already had to wait 10+ minutes so I figured that my drink would be correct. Once I finally got to the register outside, she brought me back a drink that was not how I wanted it. This happened two times. Errors being made is normal and I definitely accepted it, as usually they have been very understanding to fix the issue. This time it wasn't that. I overheard person who made the drink Have a very bad attitude and choice words indicating that if I made the drink how I asked I would be charged more, Which to my understanding was already gonna happen so I didn't have an issue. However, her tone, facial expressions, and conversation made me a little uncomfortable as I watched her and overheard. As a customer, I think it's unfair to express distain for an order that I specifically detailed and have an issue with correcting your error. Also, once I tasted the drink, it tasted nothing like the previous drinks I've had. I ordered a large Matcha with vanilla flavor and no ice. It literally taste like whole milk with a splash of Matcha . Because of this issue, I am afraid that I have Made it my decision that I would not come back to this location nor will I refer anyone to this location. Hopefully, There is more training on customer service in etiquette for your employers as time goes on. In an economy like this, I think it is horrid to know that this is how employees treat paying customers.

  Amazing drinks per usual for 7 brew but we had gone to buy a $25 gift card and asked if we could use the free drink card right now and the sweet lady that was taking our order said yeah but it had to be a separate order. Perfectly fine and understandable btw, but afterwards what seemed to be the manager on duty called her inside, first of all she was rude to the employee when telling her that it wasn’t right and we had to come back another time to use it secondly she looked our direction rolled her eyes with a nasty look and said “i don’t understand why they couldn’t have just come back but whatever”. I work in customer service and i understand the frustration but if you’re openly rude to not only your employee but a guest at your location than obviously this location just lacks professionalism to any degree.
