  Every time I’ve been to this McDonalds they have got my order wrong and forgot to put my sauces in the bag

  this location has yet to give me an order the way it's supposed to be. which would be fine if it wasn't a location as manufactured as mcdonald's. my "food" and "drink" should be eerily similar every time i go there. i'd offer constructive feedback but i don't expect improvement

  This place has been so slow! When going thru a drive thru it should never take 15 minutes to get your food. horrible management

  Ordered a mcchicken not a spicy mcchicken too late to go back up there and wait in the line that took forever. Waiting that long and the fries feel like they are cold enough to be ice cubes.

  Very disappointed in the new McDonald's in murray ky. They tried to be fully automated and no menu at the cashier. Had to order from kiosk and it took about 20 mins or more to get the order out to us. My wife had to ask for napkins since there is none in the eating area. Cant refil your drink in the area, we got refills but the workers won't take the cup you have to refill. They have to give you a new cup which just adds to the garbage fill. Atmosphere is non existing and they made it into a drive thru only McDonalds. Seating capacity is for 73 people in the restaurant. Other customers were waiting longer than us. Hearing other customers saying they won't be back to this McDonald's is very discouraging about how the future looks for businesses trying to pay employees more with less workers and being automated to take up the slack.
