Hands down one of the worst in the area. I know it’s McDonalds but the workers here are straight up lazy and lousy.

They need to get their order straight. I’ve had multiple screw ups of the wrong order and may not check in the bag before I done got from Callaway County into Marshall and then it being too late and then told me I’d have to come back through and then then tell me that they can’t replace the whole order that I ordered because it wouldn’t something. I don’t know. It’s always an excuse. I’m tired of getting screwed over.

Worst fries EVER every single time! Cold and hard as a rock it literally takes 3-4 min to cook fries, always waiting for food yet somehow it’s never fresh! Sandwiches are hit or miss never consistent, ordered a spicy MCcrispy deluxe and got a $1 MCchicken patty set up as a spicy chicken sandwich and paid almost $6 for it! What a joke!
