  When you say long wait time I say Arby's. It is absolutely ridiculous every single time I come here how long I have to wait for the simplest of items.

  Arby's is a cut above the other fast food chains in my opinion. It's different and it's consistent. Different, not the usual cheeseburger and fries, it's whatever sandwich you want and a few different selections of "fries" (mine use to be the potato cakes & when they took them off the menu I switched to the curly fries & I'm sticking with them. I don't know the menu selection is great, all over the place from delicious fried cheese to the famous Beef & Cheddar. Consistent, because no matter what items you pick off the menu it will always be hot and delicious all the way thru dessert. Even the drinks taste better in Arby's. It's like the machines are better programmed or something. The carbonation is the secret. Perfect. And whoever makes that sweet tea always gets it right. Southern sweet. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars in all cats is sometimes the dining area could use a little better cleaning, tables wiped off, trash cans with room for my trash, a little sweeping under tables a couple times of day would go a long way. Everything has room for improvement. Nothing on earth is perfect. This review is a review of the Arby's in Paris, TN. Oh & lastly, the staff is always friendly and smiling. They welcome you as you walk in the restaurant. Great customer service. Thanks for reading.

  Food was hot, the staff were accommodating and helpful. They were very polite. The food was fresh and served fast. Will definitely be coming back.
