  Took way to long , there was 2 people in the restaurant waiting for food a kids meal and a meat mountain. We waited 15 minutes for driest , no cheese having Luke warm meat ever. We ordered the cheesesteak and we’ve ordered them before. This was bad service and poor quality food. First time they were absolutely fantastic and piping hot. The manager on duty is the one who made our sandwiches. 7-10-26 at 12:30 at Murray ky Arby’s.

  I ordered a a chicken salad sandwich and there wasn't enough to cover half the bread I was so dissatisfied.i barely got enough that it was barely enough for half a sandwich

  Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes after placing my order. Had to leave without food to be at a meeting on time. Would have probably taken over 30 minutes if I stayed.

  I had a coupon but it wasn't working I still was able to get a discount cheaper than the coupon. The food was delicious everything was fresh every one was friendly would recommend and would come back here again keep up good work

  When you say long wait time I say Arby's. It is absolutely ridiculous every single time I come here how long I have to wait for the simplest of items.
