  I have a 50/50 chance that my order will be correct. I ALWAYS order the same sandwich: tuna footlong, on white, heated, with provolone cheese and light lettuce but I am guaranteed that I will have to wait 2 minutes before I can place my order (drive thru). I understand that they only make 1 order at a time and expect to wait my turn but it is every single visit that I wait 2 minutes. No more. No less. Oh and be sure to count your change! I have caught one girl trying to skim! There is a guy who works there (on the bypass in front of Tractor Supply) that is a blessing! I never wait, he is always very polite, and my order is always right!

  I sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes before my order was taken..I was called "Honey" at least 12 times through my order..Then given a 12 oz of WARM coke...I asked if they had colder ones. She told me no, they just put those in cooler.......Ok, well can I get a cup of ice to go with my warm bottle of coke ? PLEASE!! Really? Might need to brush your workers up on customer service...

  We eat here about once a week. My wife brings us all a footlong sub sandwich home. And they have many to choose from so they have one for you. My daughter gets a dozen of there fresh babes cookies every time she goes and they have several kind to choose from and they all taste great. You can dine in or if your in a hurry use there drive thru service. Free parking and handicap parking also. Can be seen from your car on Indian Mound Dr in Mt Sterling Kentucky. Been coming here now since they built it about 2 years ago and it's still the same. Real good sub sandwiches.
