  Yesterday I ordered a #5 Vito on the app. I went to the drive-thru to pick it up and I thought the bag felt light. When I got home I found out why it was light: there was NO MEAT on the sandwich. Who makes a sandwich with no meat?!

  First time ordering was Friday January 9th 2026. Order for delivery. Was very disappointed what I got. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. With the 2 strips of bacon on it was more meat than there was chicken.. couldn't even see chicken on it. Had take some of the lettuce off because too much. Don't know if I'll go back there subway was alot better experience.

  They NEVER cut the sandwiches in half! Why?? I have ordered multiple times from this location, always order the sandwiches cut and they NEVER do it. Every other Jimmy John’s has no problem with cutting the sandwiches. Ordered sandwiches for me and my wife. Hers was fine. Mine was wrong. No mayo but mustard instead turned into “slather it with mayo then add mustard “ They always botch the online orders but I was standing right there so I really thought they’d pay more attention. The people working here literally do not care.
