  Giving it 4 stars because they went out of their way to fix it but.. Double check your order before the delivery driver leaves. The one that delivered my food didn’t speak English so I couldn’t tell her I was missing things (1 of the 5 pizzas). When I told her I was missing a pizza, she said “no mas” and then bounced I tried to call the store 7 times. Each time, I was transferred to a call center. Each person that transferred me, transferred me to another person in a call center. I was hung up on 3 times, and transferred about a dozen times. So I went to the store. The name for my order wasn’t even me so they had to dig into order history to find my order (took about 10 minutes to do that). Couldn’t find me by phone number either. I’m the only person to ever live in this house so I don’t know why random names are on my address. Anyway, they fixed it, after about an hour of trying to figure out how to navigate this. They were super cool about it and got my last pizza. Don’t order from here unless you’re willing to just roll the dice and hope your order is right because no one can fix it unless you show up in person. Their phones don’t work in store. The call center people are none the wiser. They just kept trying to get me to place additional orders…

  I never received my order and customer service refused to refund and said they would transfer it to the manager.. spectrum was out all day and I couldn't reach anyone about my order and nobody has reached out to refund it.i literally attached a picture of the order number and it's time stamped.

  Wife ordered from here last week, an hour and half later nothing. No food no updates nothing. She called and the young girl simply said she didn’t know when it would be ready or delivered that they were busy. Offered a 10% coupon which wife refused because we won’t be ordering again.
