  Went through the drive thru waited over 10 minutes to be helped. After finally ordering we waited at least another 15 minutes to get our food. Seems to be extremely under staffed food was not very good. This is our second time going since they have opened and I’m glad we weren’t in a hurry either times. Needless to stay we will not be back. Nothing freaky fast about this place.

  I chose to do the drive thru vs going inside because I had my dog. They do not do delivery. I ordered. Was told they aren’t able to toast bread right now. So ok, that’s understandable. I was then told, when I ordered, that they only had wheat bread or wraps. I again said ok wheat is fine. I spent 15 minutes at least, , behind 2 cars and one that had ordered and came up behind me, to pull up to the window. So I had no way to leave after having to wait so long. When I did get to the window, I had To wait for my sandwich to be made. I could See them making my sandwich. #1- I saw White bread in their bread bin. So they weren’t out. #2- the lady who took my card and rang me up, then tried to give the wrong sandwich. Glad she repeated what it was, because I could Tell her she was wrong. Then it took her 2-3 minutes to find my sandwich. #3- When I got Home and I pulled Out my sandwich to eat, there were lettuce pieces under the bread/under the sandwich. This is not the first time I have Attempted to go through the drive thru and order. I did One other time and having to wait 10 minutes or so, I was Able to drive off because I was Tired of waiting.

  Put an online pick up order in for 2 sandwiches. I then had to wait 40 mins in the drive thru line for my two sandwiches to be made while a bunch of teen age boys were goofing off and not working. I’m all about enjoying your work place but it is unacceptable to make someone wait 40 mins for 2 simple sandwiches. This seems to be a constant issue at this location.

  Order the #10 gargantuan asked for bacon lettuce tomato onion mayo lite and my wife got a sammich $39 dollars worth of sammiches get home and unwrap them and there was 3 cherry tomato size slice of tomato no lettuce no bacon which was 4.20 extra no onion …and to top it off no cheese! $39 worth .. I call up and they offer me a $25 credit… I doubt if I ever go back . The manager should have offered to remake the order and deliver it but that wasn’t offered.

  this is the most sorry sandwich i’ve ever received. super disappointed. i got the turkey tom, paid for provolone cheese didn’t get any for both sandwiches and asked them to cut all sandwiches in half, they didn’t. Also i had to add mayonnaise on a sandwich that should already come with it (turkey tom) Crazy. There’s hardly anything on here. I love Jimmy john’s but this is so ridiculous. $36 for 3 orders and the order isn’t even right. Asked for oil and vinegar and didn’t get any either.
