  After getting my groceries around the corner, I placed my mobile app order at 12:50 today. I received an 'order ready for pickup' at 1:02. I waited in line about 10 mins before getting to the window. Then, I sat at the drive-thru window for another 15 minutes because my order was not ready. I finally received it at 1:27. We LOVE Jimmy John's and will continue to give them a chance. My order was made perfectly today, despite the wait. The folks were extremely gracious.

  I stopped by Jimmy John’s in Mount Washington and ordered a regular Pepe. The sandwich tasted fine, and the service was okay. Nothing really stood out as either especially good or bad. The atmosphere was actually pretty cool, and I liked the local touch with the sign about Jimmy John’s loving the Mount. It gave the restaurant a little personality and made it feel connected to the community. My biggest issue was the value. The regular Pepe was almost $8, which feels pretty expensive considering how little meat and lettuce were on the sandwich. It was mostly bread, and I was expecting a better filling-to-bread ratio for the price. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the price and portion of toppings really hurt the value for me. If the sandwich had more meat and lettuce, I’d feel much better about the price.

  We walked in and ordered. When my friend opened her sandwich it was wrong and she had to walk back in and get it remade. Upon getting home she realized the other sandwich she purchased was wrong as well. My friend lives 2+ hours away so she was unable to go back and pick up her refund upon speaking to the manager that day. So upon being told I could pick up her refund when I tried I was unable to get it bc I didn’t have the receipt even though a manager knew I would be coming to get it and it was same day. My friend drove 2 hours back 8/3 to pick up her refund upon speaking to a manager them being able to pull up the receipt and see more of her refund was refused the refund without the gm speaking to corporate about it first, after being told she could come on and get it because they found the receipt in the computer. A kind employee was generous enough to refund my friend out of her pocket to make up for jimmy John’s mistake? What an outstanding person and employee. But are we serious? 1st time at jimmy John’s is an absolute mess!

  I don’t usually do a review, but this was the worse experience i have ever had with jimmy John. I was very excited that Jimmy John opened at mt Washington. This is my first time i visited since they opened. Store was clean but no customers there when i was there, workers talked loud and played around. Ordered my food, got a beach club for my husband and got a unwich tuna salad sandwich for me. My husband sandwich was not enough meat inside, when I started eating mine, there is no Tuna..:(, best thing is when I called the store asked for a manager, the manager refused to tell me her name and told me not arguing with her she was busy running the business….Really, I was only one there…then , I asked her name multiple times she refused to tell me and hung up my phone. As other customer reviews on this , maybe you all should closed down and open Jersey Mike or subway instead. Not even worth a one star, I have to pick one star in order to continue reviews otherwise it would be ZERO star at all.
