- DHDawn HellumsApr 14, 20262.0Couldn't make change for $100 when the order was almost $48 for 3 pizzas. Pizza was dry even though one was ordered extra sauce. Crust tasted like corn starch. Didn't order thin crust but it was flat. Took one topping off they wanted $2. To substitute another.... guess I will wait another year and see if they get back to the quality they use to have. And no garlic butter or anything in the box with the pizza. Most places give you at least garlic butter sometimes even banana peppers with each pizza. Especially at $15 plus tax per pizza.

The young man that assisted me was very apologetic and courteous. My issue was the DISGUSTING pile of rotten lettuce I received in the containers of salad you find appropriate to charge $8 for each. It was wilted, rotted, and slimy. INEDIBLE I took that home expecting to feed it to guests and family. It ended up being no better than garbage...Do better.

Then the stopped taking delivery orders for my address online, with my profile and coupons but I could call and order no coupons, no profile points, no tracker. The last 2 times we have placed an order for delivery without issue but had to call, yet one of the times they called back and decided they could not deliver and a different time they just didn’t bother to even call they just canceled the order without bothering to tell us. We will never order here again.

The pizza arrived cold, the crust was stale and chewy, and the toppings looked like they’d been thrown on at the last second. For the price, I expected at least a decent meal, but this was honestly one of the worst deliveries I’ve had in a while. To make things worse, the delivery took far longer than the estimated time, and the customer service wasn’t helpful when I called about the delay. Overall, this experience was frustrating and definitely not worth the money. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.
