- ECEdwin Canales5 days ago1.0I called McDonald's and a woman answered. I asked her if she spoke Spanish, and she said yes because they had made my order wrong. Then I asked for a replacement, and she thought I didn't speak English and said there wasn't one I over heard her speaking to the other coworkers about me because she didn't mute and started saying . No that my order was fake, and that how did I "assume" she spoke Spanish and etc I tried to call again once or twice and they blocked my number she said her name was Jackie she said she was a manager
- CRCrystal RedmondMar 20, 20264.0I visited McDonald's around 4:50 p.m. as a truck driver, and I ordered a large orange juice with burger. Unfortunately, I noticed a black particle in the juice. The staff was kind and replaced it right away, which I appreciated. However, the second orange juice still had a similar black spot. I ended up throwing it away. The staff was great, but I’d encourage the location to double-check drinks for quality before serving. Thanks for your help and service!
