  Don't generally have a good experience here but I return because it's close and convenient. Food is always cold but today, James waited on me at the counter and he was what was good about this visit. Very nice and personable. Made sure my order was correct, as far as he could.

  I've given this place so many chances. It never gets better. I've decided to never go back. Order is always wrong. Something missing. People seem to be untrained. I've worked restaurant for over 25 years. I know it's a hard job. But there is no excuse for the many, many, many times I've not gotten a correct order. Should close this location or sell to a different franchise operator. Disappointed at best.

  The manager was rude didn’t listen to us taking our order she messed up the order changed stuff that wasn’t supposed to be changed.
