  The building looks really nice, and the food itself was fine. But I REALLY don't appreciate that their idea of a medium soda is to take the cup, fill it to the brim with ice, and then put what little soda can fit in there.

  Ordered a ROOTBEER FLOAT umm my root beer float had bits of peanuts in it and your probably wondering how I know that well.. not only can you see it but I took a sip of the melted ice cream because there was NO root beer in it well took a sip and it was straight peanut bits Had my sister go back and them know there response was “oh we don’t even have peanuts” and “our manager isn’t in right now and I don’t feel like arguing” Proceed to give us a replacement for free When I took a sip of that one, it had root beer, but completely tasted like water I had three other people try it and got the same result. Extremely water down root beer is what it taste like. there was no foam like you usually when you mix soda with ice cream Overall terrible experience and nasty staff members I will not be going and getting anything from them in the future

  This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. For starters the carhop was extremely rude, she did not say a single word when giving us our food, or to any of the other customers for that matter. The food was completely disgusting, and after waiting as long as we did it should have been at least fresh. We did not receive all of the items on the order and had to wait even longer, when we finally received the rest of the order, the food, just as the rest, was terrible.

  Sonic, please put trash cans back around your facility. There was only trash cans located next to the couple of tables in the front. When you finish your meal you have to block the drive, jump out of your vehicle then rush back so the other customers can drive out. There used to be trash cans located for easy drive by access.

  This store is really hit and miss. Sometimes I get my order in a few minutes, sometimes I'm waiting 10 just to give them my order. Carhops are almost never friendly. Not even a "hi!" They just stand there in silence while they hand you your order. I once waited 30 minutes for DRINKS. Not ice cream. SODA. This poor carhop was completely by herself when I came after church one Sunday, so we waited quite awhile for food that day. My most recent visit was probably the worst. Sat at the stall for 10 minutes. No one answered. My baby began to cry, so I left and planned to come back in a little bit. Came back, hit the red button- and I guess someone picked up, and hung up? Rang the button again. I had ordered the new watermelon peach refresher with my meal... The employee taking my order said "we don't have refreshers anymore." Which is fine... But they have them advertised all over their stalls? And have a "new" flavor advertised. Whatever. Ordered a different drink. Didn't wait too long for my order, but again. Not super friendly carhop. Didn't say a single word, just handed me my stuff. She did say "thank you" after handing it to me, though. This store has a serious staffing issue. And the staff they do have is almost never friendly. Food is good a majority of the time. Just... Yikes. Call me old fashioned, but when I worked at a sonic back in the day- it was "Hello! My name is, 'X' and I'll be taking care of you!" Read the order to the customer, make sure it's correct. "Do you need anything else? Ketchup? Extra napkins?" ALWAYS bring your red tray (I think the trays are blue now, but same thing) Customers should hear your smile through the speakers. Suggestive sell. Drinks out in 2 minutes, food out in 3.5. They're lucky I wasn't a secret shopper. Very poor customer service.
