- LSLisa Smith3 days ago1.0Terrible service ordered a pizza and a 2-liter last night didn’t get the 2-liter or receipt the delivery driver female was rude as hell said we didn’t get one but I have an email showing it and paid $22.16 for a medium pizza. Called the store got the call center and twice another rude person that just left me on hold. Said store phone was off the hook and try back in 15 minutes. Of course store was closed. Going there tomorrow to get my money back. Left with nothing to drink all night. I can’t go get anything cause had knee surgery at 5:30 am this morning. What a joke I’m going to have a conversation with cooperate tomorrow. I’m a district manager and was completely blown away at the lack of service and customer treatment by the store, delivery driver, and call center.
- SYShelley YochamJul 16, 20261.0Waited inside 10 minutes, saw nobody but two women in street clothes (casual dresses), eating finger food out of a box sitting in to-go area and two young boys running around, including into the back where food is prepared, the older boy was eating at the front counter and placing his food down on bare counter near to-go bags. Totally Gross behavior for a public food service establishment, we were never acknowledged and finally left. We did not want to order food after witnessing such gross behavior anyway. Choose JJ’s pizza parlor just up the road instead.. so much cleaner, professional and excellent service!
