  waited 8.5 minutes for two PLAIN double cheeseburgers in the drive thru. simply awful. the food is just okay, and i saw what seemed to be the manager on shift 8/27/26 5:00pm chatting with multiple workers which is awful for business. never liked the place but this got on my nerves.

  Junk! If this were my first experience with Sonic, I'd never go back. Everything we are tasted badly. The tots were not crunchy. My chicken sandwich was awful.

  I waited over 20 minutes for a drink. Then I was charged double and when I spoke with the manager the next day I was assured it would be fixed and my card reimbursed. Did not happen. I called and spoke with Fred the manager today. His response was he could go nothing other than give me an in store credit. I live over an hour away. Terrible service and do not trust them to charge your debit card correctly or to fix their mistakes. . A generic response but no offer to refund my card. Ridiculous.
