  I waited over 20 minutes for a drink. Then I was charged double and when I spoke with the manager the next day I was assured it would be fixed and my card reimbursed. Did not happen. I called and spoke with Fred the manager today. His response was he could go nothing other than give me an in store credit. I live over an hour away. Terrible service and do not trust them to charge your debit card correctly or to fix their mistakes. . A generic response but no offer to refund my card. Ridiculous.

  It took over 25 minutes and all I ordered was 2 large chocolate shakes and when I finally got them they tasted AWFUL idk if they didnt clean the shake machine or what but that was the worst shake I've ever had.. I understand they were busy but as long as it took I at least expected it to taste good. Needless to say that was 15 dollars down the drain ( yea the shakes were a little over 7 bucks a piece 😮) I'll not make that mistake twice.

  Waited over an hour to get our food. Then once I got the food it was the wrong order. The lady said she couldn't give me the food for free even though we waited over an hour, so she said she put coupons in our bag for free sonic meals. Once we got home and opened the bag, no coupons and the wrong order. I understand being short staffed but waiting a hour for sonic food is crazy!

  Worst sonic I’ve ever been to they got my order wrong and when asked if I was done ordering and I said no they just told me the total for what few things I had ordered which was the incorrect items I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone that wants to be treated with decency
