  First photo was their first mistake. After receiving this, I nicely went back in and told them they made a mistake, and if they could fix this burger for me. The manager that was working on 06/20/26 at 4:45p was dismissive and rude about the situation but made me a new one. Second photo was their "correction". I hope the owner of this store sees these photos and corrects their mistakes. I understand issues occure in these type of services, but lack of training and corrections make them a problem that I shouldn't be the one fixing.

  I always order my coffee in the app and it's never ready when I get there, despite being five cars back in the Drive-Thru line, and thwy took the coupon for a 99 cent coffee that I've been using for over a year everyday out of the app!!! I want to leave more than one review but it won't let me, So it also like to add that I've refused to go inside Because the manager's daughter is one of the main employees at this restaurant And continuously gets away with the weirdest things Like flirting with old men, she's a minor which is on her but yuck! Several times I have stood at the counter and waited while watching her do the weirdest little things that mean nothing to her job and ignore her real responsibilities 90% of the time the employees are rude to you when you need something anyways what's the point of working here if you don't want to work here

  The day manager trish stomps her feet at you when she gets agitated and raises her voice to the employees having made a few cry that she decided she was gonna come after that day on top of that her attitude carries over to the customers and the. Gm doesn't say anything to her about it because they are buddies as a matter of fact the favoritism is obvious and the Gm is just as bad about how she treats people.some one needs to remove trish and at least have a talk with the Gm.

  Walked into this establishment and thought, Oh wow! If i want a clean table I might as well clean it myself. **Just note, I don't complain about restaurants hardly ever.. especially fast food because I totally get the rush and being under employeed. If i may add, this was before the afternoon rush.** All the tables had.. I guess is was gunck on them, food in the floor "Not crumbs", and dirty napkins laying everywhere. My pregnant spouse checked the counter for napkins and they were all gone. So, she went to the front desk and told the employees that all the tables were dirty, so what did they do? You guessed it, they handed her a hand full of napkins and put some water on it and let her go clean the table herself. Absolutley crazy. Wish the health department would do a suprise visit. The food was alright though, have ya'll ever seen that episode of spongebob where he layed in the tanning bed for to long? That is exactly what our fries looked like.. and tasted like... We also ordered some McChicken Sandwiches, I'm not sure why but they were drenched in liquid.. I could have squeezed it and liquid would have ran out like granny was doing laundry with a wash board. In my high school days, I worked at McDonalds to earn some cash. I've never seen a McChicken Patty drenched in liquid.. Props to the manager that was working on 04/30/2026 around 11:50 this afternoon. She made sure every single person in the building heard her screaming at the food line. I'll close with this, McDonalds do not comment on this and ask me to reach out to so and so because I do not care. I've seen ya'll comment on other terrible reviews and nothing as changed. This place has lost my buisness, which I know that ya'll are a multi million dollar company so ya'll dont care. I will definitely be spreading the word that this McDonalds is trash. Just wish I could leave zero stars instead of one. Thank you all for taking the time and reading this.
