  The app allows you to order food that supposedly is out of their delivery area. When checking the status of the “Freaky Fast” delivery, the app just stated how the order was received. 32 minutes had gone by when I called to cancel my order. That’s when I was told delivery is not made to this address, I told them it would have been nice to be told that and made staff aware of the app accepting orders that it obviously should not be. Told me I was refunded and they hung up. Very rude and no apologies for the glitch in app or for the miscommunication of not contacting customer to inform them of the order not being able to be delivered. Staff needs training on communication skills and customer service.

  This place has went down hill so bad the last several months bread never fresh neither is veggie or lettuce horrible manger on day shift duty.The Manger lie and never return your calls or does what she says she going to. My food has been wrong the past serval time in the evening time after 6 pm it's never right so we are done with Jimmy John's less it gets new management or something it's been bad since back in the eary Winter. Use to we go there on every Sunday and all threw the week up about year ago and it was good people nice face and amazing food. But now it's horrible they just need whole new crew

  I had ordered their new toasted ham and three cheese melt and the workers forgot the ham on a ham sandwich! Very disappointed, this is not the first time my sandwich has been incorrectly made.

  Food is always good, but if you don’t ask for softer bread they will give you old hard bread, tired of always having to go back in that place to ask for something I should’ve gotten in the first place.

  I spent over $10 on a Turkey Tom sub with extra fixing. I get home and open my sub and find the worst sandwich I have ever seen. The sub is missing lettuce, cheese and the extra tomatoes and got the bare minimum. Every time I come here my sandwich is always wrong even though I order it online and it says on the receipt exactly what I ask for. I am hoping the manager reaches out to me to correct this. Maybe have the employees look over the order and the subs before they send them out.
