  I asked for HOT sauce 3 times. Three times. And when he handed me my food I asked again because I didn't see him grab any. He leaned out the window and said "I put hot sauce in the bag", drove 5 miles got home. Mild. At that point. I can't lie it definitely felt intentional. Not cool. The one on westport road is smashing the middletown location in all aspects. Service, politeness, even how the food looks is better. I wont be back to this location.

  Flip a coin before you go through the drive thru. If it's heads you might actually get your entire order in the bag. After several visits where we're missing items when we get home I won't be going back
