The line moves so fast. The people taking orders are very knowledgeable and very friendly. And of course, my drink is always amazing. This is by far the best 7 brew location in Louisville Kentucky. Perfectly made and super tasty.

Staff was so rude, rolling eyes and snatching my stuff. Gave me a dirty filthy sticky cup and split it everywhere from how dirty it was. And then proceeded to give me a messed up drink and walk away😂😂😂😂😂😂

With the line around the building you'd think they were serving crack, but it's just drinks and coffee! LOL! I don't get it, but I got it anyway. I recommend it, if you have to have it. It's just coffee drinks and blended stuff, maybe if I was a video game freak hooked on energy drinks I'd appreciate it more but I'm not, I like coffee from the gas station too, and that costs less, Thornton's rules...still.

Did a walk up order through the mobile app. Well attempted. Was acknowledged and said someone would be right with me. 5 mins later…still no one. I waved again and asked if someone could scan the order. Was then told. I’m sorry. I forgot. Clearly still standing there. Red headed guy came out and asked if anyone had been with me. And I said no. And that I just have an order on the app. He looked very flustered and all over the place. Then said that they have a long line and was then told that they couldn’t take my order/scan it. Definitely will not be back.

I love the many coffee flavor options/combinations they offer. Their basic coffee chiller is yum. But my favorite has to be the sweet n salty chiller! Its so good, especially when well chilled. Its more like a coffee freeze. Careful tho their options can be very sweet. If ur like me and like to taste the coffee as well, might recommend ordering half sweet. My older son's like their energy drink options. They do have a rewards program which is great as we visit 2-3x per wk minimum lol. Love 7 Brew!
