  I’ve gotten food from this Taco Bell location numerous times while I was in school. The staff were always friendly and fast. There were also a few times where they completely loaded up my Crunchwrap and it was awesome! But it’s always good regardless.

  Service is inconsistent. Can get super fresh, hot food and great service sometimes! But other times stale, incorrect modifications, or missing items. I don't leave reviews very frequently but the chalupa shells have had me messed up for a while now and after this last order I don't think I'll order one again at this location. This location has to be cutting some corner with the chalupa shells. My favorite item is a chicken chalupa, but I never order it because every time the shell is terribly hard and crunchy. Also has a tendency to forget to put the pricier sauces in the bag, even when paid for. Has left the nugget sauce out of my order 2 out of the 3 times we've ordered them. I did try the order issue reporting on the for the first time today, but was less than satisfied. I detailed the stale shells, wrong type of chicken used, and the missing sauce and the app added $3 to my rewards (The cost of a chalupa is almost $6. . . ). I did not call the store and complain, I'm sure they would probably make it right
