  The employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. No one has any idea what’s going on. The manager is sitting in the building on his butt doing nothing. They couldn’t even issue a refund for 20 minutes. This place is a joke

  The dude on the menu taker couldn’t hear us, and rage quit, got rid of our food off the screen and hung up. And we just sat there like fatasses with no food. Very rude customer service.

  Everytime we go they overcook food and give one napkins are we really supposed to share only one napkins are times that hard for sonic?

  I waited for about 15 minutes no one took my order ans they were not busy.

  The order took 15 minutes to place. The Internet said there was a drive-thru lane and there wasn't. The order took 25 minutes to get out to us and wasn't correct. The fries were limp and cold. The chicken was cold. The drinks were not what we ordered. Rating 1 out of 5. We will never come back.
