  The last 2 times we have gone to Sonic in Middlesboro we have not been able to get waited on Several stalls are for mobile order and then several are out of order When we actually got in one someone kept turning off our red button. They never spoke to us so we drove off and went to another restaurant. The Middlesboro Sonic use to be the best but now it is terrible. I won’t waste my time again.

  Id leave lower if u could ordered online they were out of cheese bites so they gave me a random item without asking so just asked to refund refused to refund a 3.50 waited nearly 30 mins just to find out what to do was ignored and forgotten several times and had to re push the button I will never eat at this areas one again awful service

  Food took over an hour to even receive, they forgot food, then proceeded to ignore me and I had to contact them multiple times. For cold food. No thank you.

  Ordered footlong combo no cheese and a strawberry lemonade the footlong came with cheese on it asked for it to be fixed they took it back to fix it the fries were cold so they brought me a order that looked like it had been refried over and over the only thing that was worth the 1 star was the strawberry lemonade. When I asked to speak with the manager and asked for a refund he had a major shifty attitude. Get it together sonic

  We stopped in here on the evening of the 4th of July evening. They weren't busy at all. Got our order in a timely manner. However when we started eating everything from the smash burgers to the tots was cold not cooling off from setting in a window Cold. The burgers were cold enough that they seemed to have been in the fridge before being brought out.
