  Didn’t get extra condiments that was charged for. Wings sucked. Dont waste your money.

  Ordered online came through sat at the window for a few minutes while employees were smoking out back. They forgot to cook my wings which I found out when I had to go back in to try to get them. So I went out to wait for them to cook pulled back up to the window and sat there watching the employees talking and looking at a customer's phone for several minutes. Only when a guy with dreads walked past carrying plates and came back through and noticed I was still sitting there he came up and finished helping me and gave me my food he is the only person in there that was actually actively doing his job besides possibly a cook.

  Me and my grandma visited Middlesboro, we used to go to Barbourville Pizza Hut but we had a bad experience especially with our orders and service but Middlesboro one didn’t disappoint…we had a waiter named J.J he was nice as can be and funny too, we both ordered the $7 deals as recommended and got a medium pizza each. My grandma got supreme and I got meat lovers with Garlic Parmesan Alfredo which was so good and cheesy. We both only ate 2-3 pieces and took the rest home as we are from Corbin but overall it was a good experience especially having J.J as our waiter who was taking care of all tables by himself. Only complaint I have though is the place needs a bit more cleaning done and surely needs to keeps their tables and floor cleaned up because I saw bits and pieces of food on the floor. Also they need to fix their ceiling too I saw a panel that was missing and saw the roof and I was wondering if it rains would water leak down to the floor. 😬 Still though food was good and liked the experience, will be back again!!! 😁

  This pizza hut in middlesboro ky has been the absolute best I have been to in years. They went above and beyond and I appreciate them so much . Everyone was so kind and friendly. Will definitely be back. Pizza hut was my favorite as a child and honestly it hasnt been in my top 5 the last few years until today! If u havent try them, do so ....you wont regret it.

  The server was nice! She got us our food, got us refills. The breadsticks were great, 10/10. They have a little tv playing with cute dog videos, I loved it. On my personal pan cheese pizza, it was like they took a single drop of sauce, and used that for the entire 6 inch thing. I cannot understate how little sauce there was. There wasn't even a thin layer, there were like, a few small specks of sauce scattered throughout, which I could only see if I physically lifted up the cheese. Also, there were no prices on the menu. At all. Which, I found more then a little strange. Would come again. But would request price lists, and a normal amount of sauce for the pizza.
