  Normally this place is good but lately it's gone down hill. Have been there when ran out of roast beef with a 45 minute wait. Today was just... Poor girl on register was clueless. We ordered and waited. Watched a family of 3 walk out. Called to get order as it was ready. Order was missing items and cashier was gone. Ended up with two wrong sandwiches. Went back to get fixed and a man walked out as no one would wait on him. While waiting on two sandwiches other people's orders and drive thru we're getting served. After a while I spoke up and finally received food. Get back to table and roast beef was still pinkish. Didn't know that was a thing here. Figured it was precooked. So we left and came home to finish cooking roast beef and reheat fries as they were cold before we left. Like I said usually don't have a problem there but wow.

  Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing to order a simple combo meal. Nothing complicated. The employees were loudly complaining about the order and acting annoyed that someone came in that close to closing. I understand everyone wants to go home, but customers shouldn’t feel unwelcome for ordering during posted business hours. Not a great experience.

  This place is garbage. First, they don’t give correct change, the ketchup and sauce dispensers are empty, and they have no drink other than Dr Pepper, which I can’t stand the taste of. I should’ve eaten at the one in Pineville while I had a chance.

  The woman that took our order was clearly having a bad day. Food was 10/10 but the customer service was NOT it. Why choose a job that requires you to interact/speak with customers if you can't even make an attempt at being a kind person. I understand people go through things but it's never stopped me from being a friendly person.
