  I should have known better to come here because of the reviews. My order was pretty simple though, so I figured it would be OK. Ordered a classic combo and Turkey bacon sandwich. The sandwich was thrown together, with very little lettuce and onions, no tomato and the bread was dry and hard. Lesson learned, won't be back to this one!

  Oh let me tell you, I stopped in for lunch with a friend. Omg was the service terrific!! I think her name was Katelyn and talk about polite, professional, accurate just simply put, awesome! Our food was fresh and delicious. Best Arby's I've been to in many years. Even the fries was hot and fresh. Everytime we're in Middlesboro, we will be eating here!! This young lady needs to be a manager! She was doing a great job AND still joked around with her crew. You can tell they like their jobs but still professional at the same time. 5 out of 5 🌟 definitely a must try!! 👌

  Got the French dip sandwich gave us au jus that was cold and about 1/4 cup. I did go back in and ask for it to be heated and they did replace it with fresh hot au jus.
