  i went thru the drive thru and had to repeat my WHOLE order three times. quesadilla with light sauce two crunchy taco meat and cheese only. i got home and opened up my quesadilla to see it burnt, smelled awful, and a GLOB of sauce pouring out the side. both crunchy tacos were soggy and the cheese and meat were just sitting at the edge of the shells not put into the shells correctly. the wrapper was wrapped around the meat INSIDE of the shell sitting on the edge of the shells with the meat and cheese. on BOTH.. i came all the way back and i had to wait 10 minutes with no people in line and noah one of the guys there was on the phone majority of the time. Noah was also outside around back on the phone when we originally came through to order as well. He walked past me twice, still with phone up to his ear, then finally, a lady came to ask what was wrong, i showed her all 3 items and explained then she turned around and just went to finish making a door dash order. A couple minutes after that noah had came up ans asked “what was your order” i said “she’s remaking it” he said “she doesn’t know what they were” i showed the items to her! i said clear as day “chicken quesadilla with light sauce, and two crunchy tacos meat and cheese only. noah didn’t read it back to me or anything, he came back with the right quesadilla but two SOFT tacos. i just left cause i had repeated myself MULTIPLE times the first time i ordered and when i came in for the remake. this is completely unacceptable. its understandable that there are days when accidents and mistakes happen. but when i’ve repeated myself over and over and over and they still did not correct the issue, thats not okay. Noah needs to learn to keep private life OUTSIDE of work when at work! and the lady was rude for acknowledging the issue and then just walking off not even starting on our order and then having noah come up to ask what it was when we had been standing there waiting thinking she was working on it!

  Walked in and there was a bunch of kids sitting at a table no food the only clean table in the room was falling apart we got our food pretty quick but I soon realized why my soft taco was cold and tasted like it had been left out my chalupa supreme the shell was severely under cooked even the meat was cold and there was barley any meat to begin with my nachos and cheese was pretty good usually the chips are stale tho but just to finish it all off I got a. Burrito no beans or cheese and this is what I got (I waited till tonight to eat it but it don't look like I'm gonna be eating much)

  Isn't worth the money you go to taco bell in Aberdeen Ohio right across the bridge and pay an get more than what you paid for these people will give you 2 pieces of steak on a burrito

  The manger Kamron D refused to refund me the money on these so called tacos! Was told this is the required scoop portion, really?! Order 2 Black Bean crunchy tacos this is what I received. Brought them back into the store to get a refund because this is not worth the money, there is hardly any beans on them. Rude manger, he must buy the black beans for the store because he sure is stingy with them! Do better Taco Bell!
