  Crap food from slow workers nice cold with hairs in it! Lol. It’s a joke where can I turn in a local McDonald’s for being so filithy and poorly managed? I’ve dealt with the manager and he’s worse than all the staff. It’s dirty in the play room bathrooms are gross. ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on

  I live in Maysville, me and my husband work. 4 kids. So we’re there typically 4-5 days a week. I have big orders. They’re always done wrong but who wants to turn the car around for one item when you’re on a strict schedule? It’s entire sandwiches not there , the rest incorrect .Coffee with no espresso . Kids meals always wrong You got the workers ROLLING THEIR EYES at you. And the manager is there often when things are messed up so clearly they get it from him! And it’s too dirty to even eat inside with kids. The playhouse needs cleaned badly. Always cleaning the parking lot while the inside looks gross. The worst McDonald’s in the tristate !!

  I am there almost 4 days a week buying for my three kids and the other adult in my home. Three out of four days they get my order incorrect and it’s generally the same thing every time. They hand your drinks, you covered and sticky stuff and hair. Better expect to find hair in your food

  I placed and paid for large drinks, but they gave me mediums instead, and they also forgot the chocolate milk that was part of my order. The drinks they did hand me were not secured in the cupholders at all, and they immediately spilled everywhere as they passed them through the window, creating a huge mess in my car. When I calmly pointed out the missing items and the mistake with the drink sizes, the general manager rolled his eyes at me and was openly rude, even though I never raised my voice, complained aggressively, or acted disrespectfully. For a company that claims to care about respectful customer service and proper training for staff, this experience fell far below what I would expect, and I left feeling disrespected and completely dissatisfied.

  Absolutely terrible service everytime my family goes here we never get everything we order it would be fine like once every now and then but it's every time we go foods pretty good
