    The manager was too young. He was on the phone all the time. Our food was ready and it was a light crew. He didn't even give it to us because the lady had to go to the washroom. So he stood there on the phone as I was watching my food get cold. They need a new manager one that don't stay on the phone and take care of business that is in Mayfield Kentucky

    Went through drive thru and the order took forever to get. They gave me something I didn't order so I walked it back in. Arby's is generally good but this time it was horrible.
