  We placed an order online. We arrived at 2:07pm, exactly when the app said it would be ready. We get there. No one with a smile on their face greeted you. You're treated as if you are a bother and this is by the General Manager Rose. (What her shirt said). We ask about our order, it'll be a few minutes. No problem. 10 mins later we have watched 4 customers come and go. We finally get our order and it's only half of it. 2 items on the ticket to cook and you only saw 1? 2:30 We finally get food and during this the server is neglecting her 1 and only table be cause the "general manager" has her making and boxing orders. A member of her table had to come to the front to get a refill and place their to go order. Needless to say, the issue continued in the Managers mind because with me still standing there (which she didn't see) and my hubby walking out, as the door shut behind him, she, The General Manager (as she messed with the cash register) said and I quote *He can get the Hell over it*. We will not be back. The handling of the whole situation was horrible. We weren't offered anything for compensation for the blatant rudeness or to the late food in our order. Just no accountability. Only 2 people in the whole store and an event in town. Horrible management, horrible customer service and the food was severly under par. We ended up just throwing it in the bin. She didn't even care. Piss poor. Just piss poor.

  Every time I order here online I wait at least 10 minutes after it says my order is done and I get up there and still have to turn around and wait an additional 15 minutes very unprofessional they need to hire some help or something

  Placed an order for carryout. Drove 30minutes which estimated time to be ready was 25 minutes. then when I got there I was told it would be 30 more minutes before my pizzas would be ready even though my app said they were ready.

  No excuse for it to take an HOUR to get a pizza! Horrible customer service.
