  Cold fries, cold burgers, and got wrong sundaes; basically got my entire order wrong should’ve js kept my $5 tip 🫩

  They messed my order up. No cherry in my diet Coke, ordered no jalapenos in my burrito, had them in it. Ordered cheddar bites, received jalapeno poppers. Took 10-15 minutes to get our food.

  Food was TRASH Customer service was TRASH Everything about this experience was TRASH...The girl brought my food out to me with 3 meal in one bag all the fries flip up side down in the bottom of the bag I told her and she act like I didn't say anything and walks off.. The burgers was TERRIBLE.. Thank goodness I'm only in this town for one night cause I would never revisit this place.

  I know this is most teens first jobs and I shouldn't expect the most fantastic service. But when I wait over 20mins for 1 chili cheese coney and 2 small drinks. I think thats excessive. The biggest problem I could see was all of the workers friends were apparently hanging out in front of the building and it was more important to socialize instead of do any type of work. Then they forgot part of my order and I had to wait longer. I will not be back!

  This place hires too many kids that would rather stand outside and gossip with their friends than take your order. We literally waited at least 10 minutes after pressing the button, and still no answer. Then looked out the window and saw at least 6 employees outside just conversating with their other friends. Work is not play time. If these kids just want to sit outside and talk then they need to hire people who will actually work.
