  Came in to pick up my order and one employee was loudly screaming and yelling on her phone, completely ignoring the customers waiting. Zero customer service from her. I do want to acknowledge the cook, though — she was really sweet and working extra hard to make up for the lack of help from the other employee. She tried her best to keep things moving. Unfortunately the front-of-house experience was so bad it outweighs everything else. Hope management addresses this.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at Wing Zone. I called about 10 times and no one answered. When I finally arrived at the store, I asked why they weren’t answering the phone, and the employee simply said, “We’re busy.” I looked at the order screen and there were only two orders showing. Calling 10 times without a single answer is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and definitely a frustrating experience.

  Wingstop in Louisville ky on factory ln is horrible. Not only was my boxes filled with oil , my food was also undercooked and still raw in the middle . Then the manager up there was extremely hateful and rude . Made me dig the wings out the trash to bring back up there after they said they would remake without mentioning they needed me to bring them back before i threw them away. Then the manager is mad she has to remake my order and starts cussing me and my girlfriend out and threatening us just because we wanted our order made right . Then she calls a woman and man up there to try to fight us but the cops showed up a few minutes after. Even the other workers who work with her were calling her loco and she was being extremely rude to her own workers for giving us a free drink and told them not to talk to us smh. Then the district manager didn’t even want to hear from me and told me to never come back when he didn’t even know what really happened because he wasn’t there and didn’t get there till after the police showed up. Never in my life have I had something like this happen to me at a place of business. If I acted the way she did at my work I would be fired on the spot and that’s with a union. Spent 3 hours of my time dealing with this and wasted not only money on the wings but my gas money as well as I had to drive up there 3 times. My girlfriend recorded the whole incident on her phone. I can see it has happened to other people as well from these reviews about being disrespectful. I will be making sure everyone at ford knows about this as we have 10,000 employees and give them a lot of business.

  I do DoorDash for a living, so I come to this restaurant very often. Every day. And today I finally caught the manager on camera being very disrespectful to me. Long story short, he helped (white lady)another customer before me(black man). I was there at least 5 minutes before her. And when I mentioned it he became highly defensive and aggressive towards me. I have everything on camera. I was recording with my meta smart glasses.
